  Plymouth MA Counties. In Rhode Island, Bristol RI, Newport RI, and
  Washington RI Counties.

* WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.
