.SYNOPSIS...Strong southerly winds persist tonight as deep low
pressure tracks through the Southern Plains. As a weak cold front
advances southeast mariners can expect a lowering and veering of
winds from south to northwest Monday morning and early afternoon.
Seas may be slow to respond with the lowering of the wind and
small craft advisories may be extended. A weak pressure gradient
is forecast with favorable conditions until Friday when south
winds increase once again.
