Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong north-northwest winds and high seas will
continue today in the wake of the cold front that passed through
early this morning. Adverse conditions will prevail today into
Thursday. More favorable conditions are expected by late Thursday
through Friday night, with increasing winds over the weekend.
