.DISCUSSION...Light winds this morning increasing out of the south
around 1100 LST when the inversion mixes out. Speeds this afternoon
around 7-10 mph with a few gusts to around 13 mph. Relative humidity
reaching minimum values late this afternoon after 1500 LST around 35
to 38 percent. Excellent recoveries tonight along with some patchy fog.
There will be a chance for showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon,
mainly after 1400 LST with gusty and erratic winds possible in and near
storms. 20-ft winds remain southerly at 7-10 mph with gusts to around 15
mph outside of convection. Minimum humidity in the 40 to 45 percent range
with rain chances continuing through midnight and winds decreasing to
less than 5 mph. Excellent humidity recoveries once again Tuesday night.
