...BLIZZARD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM SUNDAY TO 7 PM CDT
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  of 14 to 19 inches and ice accumulations of around two tenths
  of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Southern Lake and Southern Cook Counties. This
  includes the Tribal Lands of the Grand Portage Reservation.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas
  of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees
  and power lines.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions are most likely from
  Sunday night through Monday afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must
travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded,
stay with your vehicle.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow
  accumulations of 12 to 16 inches and ice accumulations of
  around one tenth of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...North Cass, South Cass, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin,
  South Aitkin, Carlton and South St. Louis and Pine Counties.
  This includes the Tribal Lands of the Fond du Lac Band and the
  Mille Lacs Band, Big Sandy Lake, East Lake, Lena Lake and,
  Hinckley areas.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blizzard conditions may develop Monday.

* WHERE...Koochiching, North St. Louis, Northern Cook and Lake,
  North Itasca, Central St. Louis and South Itasca Counties.
  This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Nett
  Lake, Lake Vermilion and, Deer Creek areas.

* WHEN...From 1 PM Sunday to 7 PM CDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Patchy
  blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.

  accumulations of 9 to 12 inches and ice accumulations of
  around one tenth of an inch possible. Winds could gust as high
  as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Douglas, Bayfield, Ashland, Iron, Burnett, Washburn,
  Sawyer and Price Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of
  the Red Cliff Band, the Bad River Reservation, the Lac Courte
  Oreilles Reservation, the St. Croix Band in Burnett County and
  the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band.

* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
  commute.
