...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CDT FOR
EASTERN ADAIR AND NORTHEASTERN MACON COUNTIES...

At 1147 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near La Plata,
moving northeast at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
La Plata, Atlanta, Brashear, and Gibbs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for north central
and northeastern Missouri.
