.DISCUSSION...
Minimum relative humidity will remain above 30 percent across all
of south-central Texas through the end of the work week with
persistent flow off the Gulf of Mexico. Humidity will increase
further this weekend as a slow moving cold front pushes into the
region, bringing widespread chances for showers and thunderstorms
capable of locally heavy rainfall. For now, it appears the best chance
for heavy rainfall will be across most of the Hill Country into
the Interstate 35 corridor and northern Coastal Plains. Cooler
temperatures are expected behind the front on Sunday. A slow
warming trend is anticipated for early next week.
