.DISCUSSION...

High temperatures will reach up to the mid 60s this afternoon. Dew
points will start out in the upper 20s but will quickly moisten to
the mid 30s this morning. Mixing this afternoon will knock dew
points back down to the low 30s, lowering relative humidity down to
about 30%. Winds will be light and variable this morning before
turning southerly with speeds of 5-10 mph along with greening fuels.
