The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  North Central Montgomery County in southeastern Texas...
  Polk County in southeastern Texas...
  Northern San Jacinto County in southeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Trinity County in southeastern Texas...
  Southeastern Walker County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1000 AM CDT.

* At 644 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. The expected rainfall rate is
  0.75 to 1.5 inches per hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
  to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Livingston, Onalaska, Corrigan, Groveton, New Waverly, Coldspring,
  Point Blank, Goodrich, Seven Oaks, West Livingston, Lake
  Livingston State Park, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation, Leggett,
  Moscow, Evergreen and Segno.

This includes numerous Low Water Crossings in the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
