Florida Bay, Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef
to south of Dry Tortugas, and the extreme southeastern Gulf of
Mexico, including The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary

Seas are given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will remain over the western North
Atlantic. Moderate to occaisional fresh breezes continue tonight,
but begin to diminish during the overnight hours and into
tomorrow. Light to moderate easterly breezes prevail through the
rest of the week, and into the weekend as a ridge axis moves
southward into South Florida. At the start of next week breezes
veer southerly to southwesterly.

The Approximate Shoreward Edge of the Gulf Stream is currently
unavailable.
