Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond 5 nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior.

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 inch high pressure settles over Lake Superior
today before continuing southeast into the Lower Lakes Thursday.
A 29.2 inch low develops off the Colorado Rockies by Friday
morning and tracks northeast toward Lake Superior on Saturday
(weakening to 29.6 inches). The low fills to 29.8 inches on early
Sunday morning over eastern Lake Superior as it continues to spin
northeast into northern Quebec. A second 29.6 inch low lifts from
the Central Plains Sunday into Lake Superior Monday.
