.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...Swell dominated
seas will peak this evening. Weak high pressure will move in
Wednesday with moderate north winds, highest south of Cape Blanco.
Then, another front will move through the waters Wednesday night
into Thursday. A break with calmer conditions is expected Thursday
night into early Friday, then the active pattern resumes.
