* WHERE...In California, portions of central and western Siskiyou
  County, including the Shasta and Scott Valleys. In Oregon,
  portions of Josephine and Jackson Counties, including the Illinois
  and Applegate Valleys and the outskirts of Jackson County.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 10 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing. Pets and animals may need to be sheltered.
