Temperatures have warmed into the lower to mid 70s and RH values have dropped into the 30 to 40 percent range. Easterly winds have been around 10 mph, with sporadic gusts up to 25 mph across western Minnesota. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible this afternoon across southwest and south central Minnesota, with rain becoming more widespread tonight across southern Minnesota into west-central Wisconsin. Localized areas with rainfall amounts over an inch are possible across southwest Minnesota, with lesser amounts under 0.25" elsewhere. Central Minnesota will likely see little to no precipitation today/tonight. Next chance for precipitation arrives Friday evening across eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
