...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Harpeth River At Franklin affecting Williamson County.

For the Harpeth River...including Franklin...elevated river levels
are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

The next statement will be issued Friday morning at 730 AM CDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO TOMORROW
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Harpeth River at Franklin.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water continues to impact Franklin Bridge
  and Cheekwood Golf Clubs, Bicentennial Park, the ballfields at
  Fieldstone Park, The Park at Harlinsdale Farm, Lynwood Park, and
  Pinkerton Park. Lewisburg Pike, 3rd Ave N near the intersection
  with 4th Ave N, Cotton Ln near Fieldstone Pkwy, and Del Rio Pike
  near Two Rivers Ln are impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.7 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Action stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
