...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEST CENTRAL COLUMBIANA AND
NORTHWESTERN CARROLL COUNTIES THROUGH 645 PM EDT...

At 552 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Waynesburg, or 9 miles northwest of Carrollton, moving northeast at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Minerva, Malvern, Hanoverton, New Garden, East Rochester, North
Georgetown, and Homeworth.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
