.DISCUSSION...An upper level low pressure system will move
across the region and bring rain chances later Wednesday into
Thursday.  Most of the daytime hours of Wednesday look dry.

MIN RH values will be about 25 to 30 percent on Wednesday and
significantly higher Thursday due to increased moisture and
rain potential, with excellent recovery Wednesday night.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny (15-25 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (55-65 percent). Slight chance (20%)
                    of rain showers late in the afternoon.
CWR.................0 percent.

Max temperature.....54-57.
Min humidity........28-33 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........West winds 5 to 7 mph shifting to the north 5
                    to 8 mph late in the morning, then shifting to
                    the northwest late in the afternoon.
