* WHAT...Seas 7 to 10 ft at 13 seconds and southwest winds 10 to
  20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters from Cape Shoalwater to Florence out 60
  NM.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Saturday to 2 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Early in the advisory period, winds will be
  strongest north of Tillamook from 30 to 60 NM

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
