WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Rough bar conditions expected. General seas 8 ft
  subsiding to 7 ft Wednesday evening. Ebb current of 5.09 kt at
  607 PM Tuesday. Seas 8 ft. Very strong ebb current of 7.04 kt at
  626 AM Wednesday. Seas 11 ft. Ebb current of 4.53 kt at 652 PM
  Wednesday. Seas 7 ft.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM PDT this morning.
  Small Craft Advisory, from 3 AM to 9 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft,
  especially when operating near to, or attempting to cross, the
  Columbia River Bar..

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wave conditions are expected to
be hazardous to small craft in the vicinity of the Columbia River
Bar. Mariners are advised to obtain the latest bar conditions
from the United States Coast Guard before attempting to cross the
bar.
