* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 37 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Most of the Piedmont, Sandhills and Coastal Plain.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm or kill sensitive outdoor vegetation or
  plants if left uncovered.
