...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR CENTRAL TETON COUNTY IN
NORTHWEST WYOMING UNTIL 900 PM MDT...

AT 808 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE WARNED AREA.
RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO ONE-HALF INCH ARE STILL POSSIBLE ACROSS THE
WARNED AREA.

RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...SOUTH
ENTRANCE...LIZARD CREEK CAMPGROUND...U.S. HWY 89/287 MILE MARKER 200
AND U.S. HWY 89/287 MILE MARKER 210.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM COULD STILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES...AS WELL
AS FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS THIS EVENING.

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR
OCCURRING. IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY. RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE
IMMEDIATE PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY
AUTOMOBILE.
