.DISCUSSION...A COLD UPPER LEVEL TROUGH WILL MOVES EAST OF THE AREA
OVER NIGHT WITH COLD DRY HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT MOVING IN OVER THE
SEARCH AREA TONIGHT AND FRIDAY.  THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING
CLEARING AND AN END TO SNOWFALL OVER THE AREA.  WITH THE CLEARING...
STRONG RADIATIONAL COOLING WILL PRODUCE CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR
FOG DEVELOPMENT.  AREAS OF FOG ARE EXPECTED TO LINGER UNTIL MID
MORNING AND THEN CLEAR OUT.  WEST WINDS ALOFT WILL THEN INCREASE
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
