THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS OF WYOMING TONIGHT AND MONDAY.  THIS WILL HELP
SUPPORT ISOLATED AFTERNOON AND EVENING THUNDERSTORMS AFTER 2000 THIS EVENING
WITH STRONG OUTFLOW WIND GUSTS THIS EVENING AND MORE NUMEROUS MONDAY
AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  CONDITIONS WILL BE DRY AND BREEZY OUTSIDE
OF ANY THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY.
