BREEZY NORTHERLY WINDS OVER THE FIRE SITE EARLY THIS MORNING ARE
ALSO EXPECTED TO QUICKLY WEAKEN...WITH SOUTH TO SOUTHEAST OR
UPSLOPE CONDITIONS EXPECTED OVER THE FIRE SITE FOR THE MAJORITY OF
THE DAY. TEMPERATURES WILL BE SLIGHTLY COOLER WITH HIGHER HUMIDITY
