SURFACE FLOW WILL PREVAIL ACROSS THE AREA WITH SCATTERED HIGH
CLOUDS. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL RAPIDLY STRENGTHEN ON TUESDAY AHEAD
OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT...VERY WARM AND WINDY CONDITIONS
DEVELOPING IN THE AFTERNOON ALONG WITH A FEW SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS. THE COLD FRONT WILL BLAST ACROSS THE AREA TUESDAY
