.DISCUSSION...

Thunderstorms formed along a surface lee side trough over Johnson County this
evening and are slowly progressing to the east and across the border. Then,
light south to southeast winds overnight and Monday morning will be replaced
by north winds in the afternoon as a dry front moves through the forecast area.
No rainfall is expected except over the Bighorn Mountains to the west which
could produce a brief period of outflow winds of 35 to 45 mph late Monday
afternoon and evening. Otherwise, it will be quite hit with seasonally light
wind gusting occasionally to 15 mph in the afternoon after the atmosphere
has mixed out. A better chance for measurable rainfall will occur Tuesday
evening.

...Thunderstorms imply strong gusty and erratic winds...
...Haines index is high level haines both day and night...
