TODAY NEAR THE SURFACE WITH A MORE WESTERLY FLOW AT THE RIDGETOP LEVEL.
TUESDAY WILL BE SUNNY WITH SOME GUSTY AFTERNOON SOUTH WIND BUT WITH
SLIGHTLY LESS OVERALL WIND SPEED AT ALL LEVELS.
