.DISCUSSION...

SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL CONTINUE OVER THE AREA, WITH WIDESPREAD DRY
CONDITIONS ANTICIPATED OVER THE FIRE. WIND IS NOT ANTICIPATED TO
BE AS STRONG ACROSS THE AREA TODAY UNDER A MORE RELAXED FLOW...BUT
PERIODS OF GUSTY WIND WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE DUE TO AFTERNOON
HEATING. SPOTTY SHOWERS WILL BE OVER THE HIGHER PEAKS SURROUNDING
THE FIRE THURSDAY AFTERNOON...AND WOULD STAND THE CHANCE AT
SENDING PUSHES OF GUSTY WIND OVER THE FIRE. SOME SHOWER ACTIVITY
WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER THE FIRE THURSDAY EVENING AS THE MOISTURE
SPREADS SOUTH. GUSTY WIND AND LIGHTNING LOOK TO BE THE PRIMARY
THREATS FOR ANY STORM ACTIVITY. MODELS ARE DEMONSTRATING A BETTER
CHANCE FOR SHOWER ACTIVITY OVER THE FIRE ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON AS A
DISTURBANCE MOVES THROUGH THE AREA.

...THUNDERSTORMS IMPLY STRONG GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS...
...HAINES INDEX IS HIGH LEVEL HAINES BOTH DAY AND NIGHT...
