THE EAST ALONG THE FOOTHILLS. THIS WILL KEEP WINDS WESTERLY AND RH
VALUES LOW THROUGH THE DAY. THE FRONT WILL FINALLY PUSH WESTWARD
DURING THE EVENING HOURS...ALLOWING WINDS TO SWITCH TO THE NORTH-
NORTHEAST. A REINFORCING COLD FRONT...WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHERN
WYOMING EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...BRINGING MORE MOIST AIR INTO THE
AREA...AND THUS HIGHER RH VALUES. THIS AIR MASS WILL REMAIN IN
PLACE DURING THE DAY WEDNESDAY...ALLOWING ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE
