ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING...BUT NO ACCUMULATION WILL
OCCUR. DUE TO THE STRONG WIND...SMOKE DISPERSAL WILL BE FAIR TO
GOOD ALL DAY. RELATIVE HUMIDITY IS EXPECTED TO INCREASE THIS
AFTERNOON.
