...STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE THIS AFTERNOON...

.DISCUSSION...SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE IN THE MID TO LATE
MORNING AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING COLD FRONT. THE COLD FRONT WILL
PUSH ACROSS THE AREA BETWEEN 1400-1600 WITH A WIND SHIFT FROM
THE WEST. THOUGH MOST THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED TO STAY
NORTH OF THE FIRE...A STRAY THUNDERSTORM WILL BE POSSIBLY AHEAD OF
AND ALONG THE FRONT. WEST WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH THROUGH
THE MID TO LATE EVENING...BUT A VERY DRY AIRMASS BEHIND THE FRONT
WILL RESULT IN POOR RH RECOVERY TONIGHT. SUNNY SKIES...VERY LOW
RHS AND A WESTERLY BREEZES WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED FAVORABLE
CONDITIONS FOR RAPID FIRE GROWTH ON TUESDAY.
