SURFACE WINDS ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE CODY FOOTHILLS. THIS PERIOD
OF STRONG WIND LOOKS TO BEGIN THIS EVENING...WITH THE STRONGEST
WIND ANTICIPATED LATE TONIGHT AND INTO SATURDAY MORNING. WIND
ACROSS THE AREA SHOULD WEAKEN THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. THEN...
WITH THE APPROACH OF ANOTHER UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE... HIGH
PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN ACROSS SOUTHWEST WYOMING WITH LOWERING
PRESSURE TO THE NORTHEAST...GIVING A RATHER TIGHT PRESSURE
