* TIMING...WIND WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE THROUGH THE NIGHT. HIGH
  WIND IS EXPECTED THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST WIND
  GUSTS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 60 MPH.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. ENHANCED BLOW OVER RISK
  FOR LIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...INCLUDING ALONG
  INTERSTATES 25 AND 90.
