...Peak Wind Gusts Tuesday Night...

Strong winds aloft, a tight surface pressure gradient, and favorable
atmospheric conditions resulted in very strong wind across portions

observed along Outer Drive on the south side of Casper, and at Dead
Indian Pass along the Chief Joseph Highway in the Absaroka Mountains.

Some power outages were observed in the Casper area.
