...Preliminary Storm Information...

The following are preliminary snowfall reports from late Tuesday
night through Thursday evening. The bulk of the snow over far west
and northwest Wyoming occurred late Tuesday night and Wednesday
morning, while central and southern Wyoming was hardest hit late
Wednesday night and during the day Thursday. This statement will be
updated this afternoon after additional reports are received later
this morning.

SnoTELs (Snow Telemetry) are remote sensing sites in high mountain
watersheds. Snowfall data from SNOTELS are estimated based on snow
water equivalent.
