DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS CONTINUE ACROSS THE COWBOY STATE TODAY. RED
FLAG WARNINGS...WILL BE IN EFFECT AGAIN FOR MUCH OF THE FORECAST
AREA...WITH BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS ACROSS CENTRAL AND WESTERN
PORTIONS. ANY OUTDOOR BURNING REMAINS HIGHLY DISCOURAGED. A COLD
FRONT...WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT...AND DROP AFTERNOON HIGHS
AGAIN. HOWEVER...LITTLE TO NO PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED AND VERY DRY
AIR WILL REMAIN IN THE AREA TUESDAY. THUS...RED FLAG WARNINGS...WILL
MOST LIKELY BE ISSUED AGAIN.
