PORTIONS...AS A SUB TROPICAL WAVE MOVES NORTHWARD OVER THE AREA
TODAY. SKIES WILL BECOME MOSTLY CLOUDY TO OVERCAST BY THIS
AFTERNOON...COOLING TEMPERATURES OFF SEVERAL DEGREES. ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...ARE EXPECTED AS WELL...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY
RAIN AND BRIEF GUSTY WINDS POSSIBLE.
