INCREASING CLOUDS ACROSS THE WEST. ISOLATED AFTERNOON
THUNDERSTORMS...WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE ACROSS ALL BUT EASTERN
PORTIONS.  TEMPERATURES WILL BE COOLER WEDNESDAY...AS CLOUDS
