HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS IN CONTROL OVER THE REGION...ALLOWING FOR
VERY DRY AIR TO RETURN. AS A RESULT...RED FLAG WARNINGS WILL BE IN
EFFECT TODAY...ACROSS NORTHWEST PORTIONS. SIMILAR CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED ACROSS THE AREA MONDAY.
