ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL
MOUNTAINS...THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. SKIES WILL BE PARTLY
CLOUDY AND SMOKY ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA...AS THE WINDS ALOFT
SHIFT TO THE NORTHWEST. ALTHOUGH WINDS WILL BE LIGHT...VERY WARM
AND DRY CONDITIONS WILL PERSIST. THUS...ANY OUTDOOR BURNING IS
HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.
