.SYNOPSIS...
A DRY COLD FRONT...WILL STALL OVER THE AREA TODAY. HOWEVER...IT
WILL COOL TEMPERATURES DOWN ABOUT 5 TO8 DEGREES LOWER THAN
MONDAYS HIGHS. WINDS WILL NOT BE AS GUSTY TODAY... BUT VERY DRY
AIR WILL REMAIN. ANY OUTDOOR BURNING REMAINS HIGHLY
DISCOURAGED...AND ACTIVE WILDFIRES CONTINUE MAINLY IN THE
NORTHWEST PART OF THE STATE. A SECOND COLD FRONT...WILL ENTER
NORTHERN WYOMING EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING...BRINGING ISOLATED TO
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...TO NORTHERN AND CENTRAL
PORTIONS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING HOURS.
