FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 281...ESPECIALLY THE NORTHERN
  PORTION OF THIS ZONE.

* WIND...SOUTH WINDS 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 25 TO 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...14 TO 15 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
