* WIND...SOUTHWEST WIND INCREASING THROUGH THE MORNING... PEAKING
  AT 30 TO 35 MPH THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH IN MORE
  EXPOSED AND WIND PRONE AREAS. A WIND SHIFT TO THE WEST-
  NORTHWEST WITH A DRY COLD FRONT CAN BE EXPECTED BY EARLY THIS
  EVENING FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. WINDS SHOULD DIE OFF
  RELATIVELY QUICKLY AFTER SUNSET.

* HUMIDITY...7 TO 15 PERCENT.

* OTHER...A HIGH HAINES INDEX OF 5 TO 6 EXPECTED AHEAD OF THE
  FRONT THIS AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE
  IN THE UPPER 80S TO MIDDLE 90S... WHICH IS 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE
  AVERAGE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

  AT 25 TO 35 MPH ON MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH IN
  MORE EXPOSED AND WIND PRONE AREAS. A WIND SHIFT TO THE WEST-
  NORTHWEST WITH A DRY COLD FRONT CAN BE EXPECTED BETWEEN 1500 AND
  1700 FROM WEST TO EAST. WINDS SHOULD DIE OFF RELATIVELY QUICKLY
  AFTER SUNSET.
