.WIND...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND HIGH HAINES INDEX OF 5 WILL
COMBINE WITH CRITICALLY DRY VEGETATION AND RESULT IN DANGEROUS
BURNING CONDITIONS THROUGH THIS EVENING FOR SOUTHERN WYOMING. THE
TIME FRAME FOR THE WIND TO COMBINE WITH THE LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY
FOR POTENTIAL CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS WILL BE FROM
THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS FIRE WEATHER ZONE 279. THIS WILL BRING
ANOTHER ROUND OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER BEHAVIOR WHICH WILL BE
PRESENT THROUGH THIS EVENING.
