.DRY WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP ACROSS SWEETWATER AND UINTA
COUNTIES SUNDAY THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. RELATIVE
HUMIDITY WILL DROP BELOW 15 PERCENT ALONG WITH WEST WINDS OF 20
MPH GUST TO 30 MPH. COMBINING WITH CRITICALLY DRY FUELS...THE
WINDY DRY CONDITIONS WILL PRODUCE RED FLAG CONDITIONS.
