FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. CRITICAL FIRE

* WIND...SOUTHWEST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
