* WIND...SOUTHWEST WIND INCREASING AND PEAKING AT 30 TO 35 MPH
  THIS AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH IN MORE EXPOSED AND WIND
  PRONE AREAS IN THE EASTERN PORTION OF ZONE 279. A WIND SHIFT TO
  THE WEST- NORTHWEST WITH A DRY COLD FRONT CAN BE EXPECTED BY
  EARLY THIS EVENING FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST. WINDS SHOULD DIE
  OFF RELATIVELY QUICKLY AFTER SUNSET.

* HUMIDITY...7 TO 13 PERCENT.

* OTHER...A HIGH HAINES INDEX OF 5 TO 6 EXPECTED AHEAD OF THE
  FRONT THIS AFTERNOON. IN ADDITION...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE
  IN THE UPPER 80S TO MIDDLE 90S... WHICH IS 5 TO 10 DEGREES
