OF A DRY COLD FRONT EXPECTED TO MOVE THROUGH LATE MONDAY EVENING.

HOT...DRY...WINDY AND UNSTABLE CONDITIONS AHEAD OF A DRY COLD
FRONT PASSAGE FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 280...281... 285 AND 300...

* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONES 280...281...285 AND 300.

* WIND...SOUTHWEST WIND 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH THIS
  AFTERNOON...INCREASING FURTHER LATER MONDAY MORNING... PEAKING
  AT 25 TO 35 MPH ON MONDAY AFTERNOON WITH GUSTS AROUND 45 MPH IN
  MORE EXPOSED AND WIND PRONE AREAS. A WIND SHIFT TO THE WEST-
  NORTHWEST WITH A DRY COLD FRONT CAN BE EXPECTED BY MONDAY
  EVENING FROM NORTH TO SOUTH. WINDS SHOULD DIE OFF RELATIVELY
  QUICKLY BEHIND THE FRONT.

* HUMIDITY...7 TO 15 PERCENT EACH AFTERNOON RECOVERING ABOVE 30
  PERCENT THIS EVENING AT AROUND 2200 LOCAL. THE RELATIVE
  HUMIDITY WILL HIT CRITICAL LEVELS A BIT EARLIER ON MONDAY...AT
  AROUND 1100. THE MID SLOPES OF ZONE 285 WILL HAVE POOR RECOVERY
  AT AROUND 25 PERCENT SUNDAY NIGHT. ALL ZONES WILL HAVE GOOD
  HUMIDITY RECOVERY BEHIND THE COLD FRONT MONDAY NIGHT.

* OTHER...A HIGH HAINES INDEX OF 5 TO 6 IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON
  AND AGAIN MONDAY. IN ADDITION...HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE
  UPPER 80S TO MIDDLE 90S... WHICH IS 5 TO 10 DEGREES ABOVE
  AVERAGE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
