...A FIRE WEATHER WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR THE WESTERN MOUNTAINS
FIRE WEATHER ZONES 414...145 AND 416 FOR WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING...

.SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL RETURN TO NATRONA AND FREMONT COUNTIES THIS
AFTERNOON AND BECOME GUSTY INTO THE EVENING HOURS. THE GUSTY
WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND CRITICALLY DRY
FUELS PRODUCING CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR FIRES WITH RAPID RATES
OF SPREAD. RELATIVE HUMIDITY SHOULD INCREASE RAPIDLY BY MID
EVENING AS A RELATIVELY MOIST AIR MASS MOVES INTO THE AREA.
