.ON TUESDAY...A VERY DRY AIR MASS...A GUSTY SOUTHWEST BREEZE AND
A HAINES INDEX OF A 6 WILL COMBINE FOR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS IN SOUTHEAST FREMONT INTO MUCH OF NATRONA COUNTY.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RIVERTON HAS ISSUED A RED FLAG
WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM MDT THIS
EVENING. THE FIRE WEATHER WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* WIND...SOUTHWEST WIND 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS 20 TO 25 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...AS LOW AS 10 PERCENT

* HAINES INDEX...6 OR HIGH POTENTIAL FOR LARGE PLUME DOMINATED
  FIRE GROWTH.

* IMPACTS...ANY FIRES THAT DEVELOP WILL LIKELY SPREAD RAPIDLY.
  OUTDOOR BURNING IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW....OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
