.A DRY SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL WYOMING TODAY.
TEMPERATURES WILL CLIMB TO ABOVE NORMAL READINGS AND GUSTY
SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL ALLOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY TO DROP BELOW
CRITICAL LEVELS. THESE WEATHER ELEMENTS...COMBINED WITH THE
PRESENCE OF CRITICALLY DRY FUELS...WILL RESULT IN CRITICAL FIRE
WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS THE LOWER ELEVATIONS OF
